Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The entire poster had darkened somewhat, and someone trimmed off a portion of each of the blank borders so that it now measures 26 1/4" x 39 1/4". Otherwise, the poster had only minor fold and border wear prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above (the darkening or the trimming of the blank borders).
