Strange, weird thrills that you'll never forget!"; produced by Val Lewton) starring Simone Simon, Kent Smith, Jane Randolph, Ann Carter, Elizabeth Russell, Eve March, Julia Dean, Erford Gage, and Lancelot Victor Edward Pinard (billed as "Sir Lancelot"). Note that this movie has the same lead actors as "Cat People", but is in no way a sequel, but the studio insisted on making it sound like one, in order to try to trick people into thinking it was! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some tiny bits of paper loss on parts of the folds. It had darkening in the borders and tape stains in the corners, with tiny paper loss in the lower right blank border. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Note that either the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster, or possibly the owner of the poster chose to carefully trim off the excess, so that the poster would fit in a frame.
