Kinski Paganini, the 1989 Klaus Kinski (in his directorial debut) Italian/French violin musical composer biographical melodrama (about musician Nicolo Paganini) starring Klaus Kinski (in the title role as Niccolo Paganini; in his final movie role), Deborah Caprioglio (billed as "Debora Kinski"), Nikolai Kinski (billed as "Nicolai Kinski"), Dalila Di Lazzaro, Andre Thorent, Eva Grimaldi, Marcel Marceau, Donatella Rettore, and Bernard Blier. Note that Kinski wanted to play this role because he felt he and Pagnani has lived similar lives.
