An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Bugs Bunny Cartoon Revue, the 1953 Warner Bros. Looney Tunes family animated cartoon comedy animation compilation ("A Feature Length Laugh Riot Featuring Many of Warner Bros. Famous Cartoon Stars"; "A new and different Bugs Bunny Cartoon Revue") featuring the voice of Mel Blanc. Note that the poster for this movie features images of all of the top Warner Bros. characters including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Tweety & Sylvester, Pepe LePew, and Foghorn Leghorn. Also note that Warner Bros. released this movie, and what appears to be a sequel compilation feature, "Bugs Bunny's All-Star Cartoon Revue", later that same year (there are different posters for the two movies, with different NSS numbers, and it seems likely they are from two different compilations; if anyone knows more about either of these two movies, please e-mail us and we will post it here). Important Added Info: Note that this is one of 17 linenbacked posters we were consigned that were damaged by water. All of the posters (which we are auctioning in 17 separate auctions) became wet after they were backed, and the owner did not discover it immediately, and they dried out, causing creases and cracking scattered throughout, and they surely have mildew and possibly mold. They ABSOLUTELY need to be removed from the old linen and properly re-backed (during the process, the restorer can kill any living mold or mildew), and afterwards, the poster can again be displayed, but this is a fairly expensive process, so please DO NOT bid on this poster unless you can accept its extremely significant defects and the cost of restoring it.
