Niagara, the 1953 Henry Hathaway marital problems romantic melodrama ("Marilyn Monroe and 'Niagara' a raging torrent of emotion that even nature can't control!"; "Marilyn Monroe and Niagara, the high water mark in suspense"; set at the famous Niagara Falls waterfall in New York state and Canada; about two couples visiting the famous landmark, one on their honeymoon, and the other in a very disturbing relationship, which leads to a death, which may be murder) starring Marilyn Monroe, Joseph Cotten, Jean Peters, Casey Adams, Denis O'Dea, Richard Allan, Don Wilson, Lurene Tuttle, Russell Collins, and Will Wright. Note that Marilyn Monroe was given the lead in this movie, but she was not yet a major star. Her performance in this film, and the iconic gigantic image of her laying atop the famous waterfall with the water running over her body helped her career massively!

Condition: fair to good. Card #5 (pictured at top) has several pinholes around the edges (with MANY in the right edge of the image) some of which were repaired with tape from the back. There is a 2" tear in the lower center edge (repaired with tape from the back). Someone attempted crude restoration on several small tears and pinholes which has left glue stains within areas of the image, and white paint within some blank borders. There is some pencil writing in the upper blank border and there is much paint on the back that does not have much effect on the front. Card #6 has a faint horizontal crease through the center of the card and a few faint scuffs mostly in the credits areas, but it is otherwise in generally nice condition.
