An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

Journey Back to Oz, the 1972 (released in the U.S. in 1974) Hal Sutherland animated animation musical fantasy adventure comedy cartoon ("All the Fun and Splendor of the Magical Land of Oz in a Wonderful NEW full-length Musical Cartoon Adventure!"; "Written by Fred Ladd & Norm Prescott") featuring the voices of Milton Berle (as the Cowardly Lion), Herschel Bernardi, Paul Ford, Margaret Hamilton (as Aunt Em; she played the Wicked Witch in the 1939 Wizard of Oz), Jack E. Leonard, Paul Lynde, Ethel Merman, Liza Minnelli (as Dorothy; in the same role her mother Judy Garland played in the 1939 Wizard of Oz), Mickey Rooney (as The Scarecrow), Rise Stevens, Danny Thomas (as The Tin Man), Mel Blanc, Dal McKennon (billed as "Dallas McKennon"), and Larry Storch. Note that this movie has an interesting history! Most of the cast was recorded in 1964, but it took years to pick up the funding to complete the film. In that time, Danny Thomas' recordings became mostly unusable and Larry Storch re-recorded them while imitating Thomas. Lastly, for the television release, Bill Cosby portrayed The Wizard of Oz in opening and closing segments that were added.
