George Harrison was an English musician and singer-songwriter from the 1950s to the 2000s. He is best remembered as the lead guitarist and backup singer for the rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) music group The Beatles. He had a few screen roles (mostly with The Beatles) in films such as A Hard Day's Night, Magical Mystery Tour, and Help! He had a substantial solo music career after The Beatles split up, and he was also a film producer, with his production company Handmade Films, who worked with Monty Python, among others! Harrison passed away in 2001 at the age of 58.

Important Added Info: Note that this English still measures 6 1/2" x 8 1/2" [17 x 22 cm]. It was created in 1963 by Nempix, before the Beatles came to America. We know that there were other different Nempix photos than this, and we are currently auctioning two others. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
