An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Style A One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

One Thousand Dollars a Touchdown, the 1939 James Hogan football sports gambling romantic screwball comedy ("Original screen play by Delmer Daves") starring Joe E. Brown, Martha Raye, Eric Blore, Susan Hayward (in her fourth credited movie role!), John Hartley, and Joyce Mathews. Note that Joe E. Brown was a legendary "big mouth" comedian of the 1920s and 1930s, and after Martha Raye proved herself to be a very successful female version of him, fans everywhere asked for them to be paired together in a movie, and this was that movie!

Condition: good. There is tape on the back of the top and right borders, which has bled through to the front, and also, some tape on the back of the left border which has bled through. There is a 4" piece of tape on the back of the bottom crossfold which has bled through to the front and 5" of separation at the bottom of the vertical foldline.
