Note that this was the one of the nine wonderful movies that Astaire and Rogers made between 1933 and 1939 (they made one final movie, "The Barkleys of Broadway", fourteen years later in 1949). Prior to paperbacking, the card had many creases, pinholes, stains, and tears scattered throughout, with some small areas of paper loss. It had pinholes, tears, and paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to paperbacking. Given the poster's many defects, it was pretty well backed, but it required extensive paint restoration throughout, so please read our description above and look at our super-sized image before placing a bid on this poster.
