A 1949 Realart Re-Release Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Dracula's Daughter, the 1936 Lambert Hillyer Universal vampire monster horror thriller ("Look Out! She'll Get You!"; "She gives you that weird feeling!"; "Based upon the Bram Stoker story 'Dracula's Guest'"; "Story suggested by Oliver Jeffries") starring Otto Kruger, Gloria Holden (in the title role as Countess Marya Zaleska), Marguerite Churchill, Edward Van Sloan (as Professor Van Helsing), Gilbert Emery, Irving Pichel, Billy Bevan (one of the better Charlie Chaplin imitators of the time), Nan Gray, Hedda Hopper, Halliwell Hobbes, Claude Allister, Edgar Norton, and E.E. Clive NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fair to good. There are tack holes scattered throughout the poster including one at upper center in the woman's image and there are several areas of tattering and small paper loss around the edges (most from rough removal of tacks). There are creases and some smudges and stains scattered throughout the poster. There is writing in the blank borders at top. There is surface paper loss in the black background at lower left and right. Clearly the poster has significant defects, but if one chose to have it restored it would look wonderful, although I'm sure many Universal horror collectors would be quite happy with it as it is!
