An Original Vintage Folded Special Movie Poster (measures 39 1/2" x 55" [100 x 140 cm]) (Learn More) Brother Bill, the 1913 Ralph Ince silent romantic love-triangle family relationship wilderness rescue melodrama short (about two brothers in love with the same woman but one sacrifices his pursuit of her in order to save both of their lives!) starring Ned Finley (in the title role as Brother Bill), Edith Storey, Chester Hess, Kingsley Higgins, and Frank Tyrell. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Harry Bedos Important Added Info: Note that we only previously auctioned one example of this special poster! Not only that, but we have never auctioned ANY other movie paper of any kind from this movie. Also note that this is a VERY unusual poster from the early 1910s! In the earliest days of movie distribution, the studios (especially The Vitagraph Company) temporarily hit on the idea of creating one poster for use in several European countries, and to make that work, they put the title of the movie in two different languages at the top of the poster! The languages are French and German. This is a rare opportunity to purchase an extremely early movie poster! Condition: fair. The poster is fragile and there is darkening on the folds and staining scattered on parts of the back and some of it shows through to the front. There are also tears and areas of paper loss on parts of the folds and borders. Please bear all of this in mind before bidding on this extremely rare poster. Learn More about condition grades
