Important Added Info: Note that in the still in the top left of our image, it certainly appears that the stuffed doll is an early Mickey Mouse (if someone knows exactly what it is, or if it Mickey, please e-mail us and we will post it here). Note that this key book still is on a deluxe heavyweight paper stock and has an extra 1" on the left or top of the still with four punch holes (where the still was kept in a binder).
