An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Through the Centuries, the 1933 Francis X. Talbot historical Christian Catholic Church religious documentary ("The feature talking picture"; "Written by Francis X. Talbot"; about the history of the Catholic Church from the New Testament era to 1933) narrated by Pedro de Cordoba. The only advertising item from it we have ever auctioned is a single one-sheet which has a most unusual montage image of people from all times and places, surrounding a shadowy image of Jesus carrying a cross with splatter-like paint emanating from his image in all directions! Important Added Info: Note that we have never auctioned any movie paper whatsoever for this religious documentary in all of our years of auctioning until we were consigned this one-sheet, which is the one mentioned in the description above! Condition: fair to good. As noted above there is very unusual printing in the center of this poster that looks like paint splatter, but it is part of the printing! There is a yellow stain in the center of the poster to the right of Jesus' figure, and a large yellow stain running to the right of the image and to the right border. Also, a church that was showing the movie wrote play dates and times in black paint in the top border. There is also similar yellow staining in the top border. Obviously this incredibly rare poster can be restored but bear all this in mind before bidding. Learn More about condition grades
