An Original Vintage Autographed 5" x 7" [13 x 18 cm] Still (Learn More)

Ewell Blackwell was a professional Major League Baseball pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds from 1942 to 1955. He was nicknamed "The Whip" for his sidearm, snap-delivery and he is considered to have been one of the greatest pitchers of his era. He passed away in 1996 at the age of 74.

Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Ewell Blackwell! The photo has a stamp on the back that reads "This picture may not be rented nor used for advertising purposes. THE CINCINNATI BASEBALL CLUB CO." Note that our consignor purchased this from a sports autograph dealer around 20 years ago. He believed that dealer to be honest and reputable, but he did not receive a CoA at that time. Please compare this signature to known originals before placing a bid on it! Also note that this still measures 5" x 7" [13 x 18 cm].

Condition: good to very good. The photo was in an album with a piece of tape in each corner and the tape was removed, causing surface paper loss in each corner.
