The Brazilian Grand Prix is a Formula One championship race from 1972 to the present. Currently known as the Sao Paulo Grand Prix, it began in 1972 as a non-championship event, but since 1973 it has been part of the Formula One World Championship. The race is held annually at the Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
