Down Dakota Way, the 1949 William Witney cowboy western ("Action... thrills... songs...") starring Roy Rogers ("King of the Cowboys"), Trigger ("Smartest Horse in the Movies"), Dale Evans, Pat Brady, Montie Montana, Elisabeth Risdon, Byron Barr, Foy Willing, and The Riders of the Purple Sage

Condition: fair to good. There is discoloration scattered along the lower edge from exposure to moisture. There are tape stains in Rogers' face at left and there is a large tear at upper left that has been repaired with tape from the back that extends into his artwork. There are areas of separation along parts of some of the foldlines. A few of the tears or other defects as described above are repaired with tape from the back. Some of the tape repairs slightly bleed through to the front in various areas (see our image).
