An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Happiness Ahead, the 1934 Mervyn LeRoy New York City romantic musical comedy ("You'll like it more than '20 Million Sweethearts'"; about a beautiful young heiress who falls in love with a poor boy, and she rents a run down apartment, and pretends to live there, so he won't know she is rich, but then he sees her getting a check from a wealthy old man, and he jumps to the logical conclusion, and complications ensue) starring Dick Powell, Josephine Hutchinson, John Halliday, Frank McHugh, and Allen Jenkins NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good. There are many brown water stains around the edges of the card, extending into the border design, but not extending into the image area. Otherwise, the card is in surprisingly nice condition. A talented restorer could likely remove the staining through chemical means, and likely without backing the card.
