An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Sunny, the 1930 William A. Seiter romantic musical ("Book and lyrics by Otto Harbach & Oscar Hammerstein"; "Music by Jerome Kern"; about a female circus bareback rider in love with a rich man whose family naturally hates her) starring Marilyn Miller, Lawrence Gray, Joe Donahue, O.P. Heggie (best remembered as the blind man who befriends the monster in "The Bride of Frankenstein", and also as the next door cellmate to Robert Donat in "The Count of Monte Cristo"), Inez Courtney, and Clyde Cook. Note that this movie was re-made in 1940 with Anna Neagle in the lead role. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good. stains around the edges as well as discoloration throughout the card from exposure to moisture; tack holes and some 1" and smaller tears around the edges of the card (some repaired with tape from the back) This lobby card is in "lesser" condition (what many dealers would describe as "good" or "good to very good", or in the case of items with more serious defects, which should be easily seen on our large images, "fair")! It has clear defects, which are likely to be very noticeable in our "large" or "super-sized" images that you can click on from our small image at right. In addition, we have also noted in words what these defects are in our "Description of Defects" section above, as some of these defects may not be all that visible in the images (looking at the super-sized image will likely tell you right away whether it is in "good to very good", "good", or "fair" condition). We know that some collectors could accept this item's defects, and display it as is, and we also know that many collectors would only be happy with this lobby card if they had it restored, so please do not bid on it unless you can accept it as it is, or are willing to pay to have it properly restored.
