An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) My Lucky Star, the 1938 Roy Del Ruth romantic ice skating musical comedy ("From an original story by Karl Tunberg and Don Ettlinger"; produced by Darryl F. Zanuck) starring Sonja Henie, Richard Greene, Joan Davis, Cesar Romero, Buddy Ebsen, Arthur Treacher, George Barbier, Gypsy Rose Lee (in one of her early movies when she was billed as "Louise Hovick", her real name was Rose Louise Hovick, but she had been called Louise since childhood), Billy Gilbert, Patricia Wilder, and Paul Hurst NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: fine. This glass slide is in really excellent condition, and we feel that EVERY collector would be happy to own it. It IS possible it may have a MINOR defect or defects, but nothing at all significant. But we bet many dealers would call items in this grade "mint" or "near mint"! Learn More about condition grades
