Cline & George Marshall family relationship romantic circus screwball comedy ("Original Story by Charles Bogle", which was one of Fields' many pseudonyms!) starring W.C. Fields, Edgar Bergen, Charlie McCarthy, Mortimer Snerd (billed as "Mortimer"), Constance Moore, Mary Forbes, Thurston Hall, Princess Baba (as herself), John Arledge, Charles Coleman, Edward Brophy, Arthur Hohl, Blacaman, and Eddie 'Rochester' Anderson. Note that Charlie McCarthy was Edgar Bergen's ventriloquist dummy, but in the movie he is treated as though he is a human boy, and there is almost no reference to Bergen talking "for" McCarthy!
