The buyer of one of those posters had it linenbacked and has now reconsigned it to us, so this is still only one of two examples we have ever auctioned! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had some wear on the folds and in the borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but after it was backed, it was roughly handled, and it now has some creases in the top excess linen, very slightly extending into the poster.
