Dear God, the 1958 Kroger Babb illustrated book ("The 'hour of decision' is here... yet exhibitors sleep on!"; "Here comes the axe!"; "See page 28 'Moviethon 1958, U.S.A.'"; "A search for the 'magic word' that can awaken the 'living dead'"; "By Kroger Babb ['Mr. Pihsnamwohs']"; "Uncensored! Uncut! Unpolished! Unafraid...") featuring many responses to the question "when will exhibitors wake up?". This book was self published by master showman Kroger Babb, who was telling exhibitors that they needed to book his movies, even if other people told them they shouldn't, because he had the secret to prosperity that every theater owner wanted! It is really a wacky book, including Mr. Babb's pen name, "Mr. Pihsnamwohs", which is simply showmanship backwards!
