Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster was hand folded, with the folds at slight diagonals, with some creases and scuffs on the folds and tiny paper loss at the crossfolds. It had some pinholes around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was probably pretty well backed, but after it was backed, it acquired stains in the top excess linen that slightly extend into the top blank border and stains across the bottom excess linen that extend into the bottom border. If I owned this poster, I would surely have it removed from the old linen and re-backed, so bear all of this in mind before bidding. Learn More about condition grades
