The poster had tiny paper loss at the top crossfold and a penny-sized area of paper loss at the bottom two crossfolds. It had separated on the vertical foldline starting 3" above the middle crossfold and extending down to the bottom crossfold, and someone had put tape on the back of that area. It had some tiny tears and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of the top two horizontal folds, with some creases, tears, and small paper loss in the bottom horizontal fold. It had small paper loss in the end of the "e" of "Snatcher" in the title. It had pinholes, tears, and paper loss in the blank borders slightly extending into the image in the far left of the top horizontal fold. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster had lots of small defects as noted above, but it was well backed, and it truly displays nicely, and few people would likely realize it had the above defects without staring at the poster from extremely close up (and even then, most of them are not noticeable).
