An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Swedish Movie Poster (measures 28" x 39 1/2") (Learn More) Cagliostro - Liebe und Leben eines grossen Abenteurers (also known as "Graf Cagliostro"), the 1929 Richard Oswald German/French/Swedish hypnosis fantasy romantic crime thriller (about the famous 17th century Italian mesmerist who is commonly thought to have been a fraud and a thief, but in this movie, he is a basically decent man trying to leave behind his sordid life, and he is able to do so with the help of a beautiful virtuous young lady) starring Hans Stuwe (in the title role as Cagliostro), Renee Heribel, Alfred Abel, Ivan Koval-Samborsky, and Charles Dullin. Note that in 1949, Orson Welles played this same character in "Black Magic", and in that movie, there was no positive spin put on Cagliostro! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
