An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Jailhouse Rock, the classic 1957 Richard Thorpe rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) crime prison romantic musical ("His first big dramatic singing role!"; about a young man who is sent to prison for manslaughter, and while there he is helped to become a singer/musician by an older convict, and after he is released, he becomes a major rock star!) starring Elvis Presley ("At His Greatest"), Judy Tyler (who sadly died in an auto accident before the release of the film), Mickey Shaughnessy, Dean Jones, Jennifer Holden, and Anne Neyland NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Bradshaw Crandell Condition: fine. the poster is in really wonderful unrestored condition; there are creases running to the left and right of the vertical foldline between the center fold and the top fold (caused when the poster was machine-folded) and there are a few very minor creases in the poster, but otherwise the poster is in really great condition! Note that we have auctioned several examples of this poster in the past 6 months. They were consigned by a single collector. This is the FINAL example of this poster that he has!
