An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More)

South Riding, the 1938 Victor Saville English family relationship romantic love triangle melodrama ("Behind the scenes in the lives of people you all know!"; based on the novel by Winifred Holtby; produced by Alexander Korda; about a local squire who is almost bankrupt from paying for his mentally ill wife's care in a sanitarium, and he has to send his daughter to a public school, and he meets the headmistress of the school, which leads to interesting developments) starring Ralph Richardson, Edna Best, Edmund Gwenn, Ann Todd, and Victor Saville

Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
