Most Dangerous Woman on the Barbary Coast!") starring George Brent, Priscilla Lane, Bruce Cabot, Lynne Overman, Eugene Pallette, Guinn 'Big Boy' Williams, Roy Barcroft, Jason Robards Sr., and Marietta Canty, Note that this movie focuses on a male and female professional poker player in 1870. In the original publicity for the movie, Priscilla Lane is described as playing "a woman card player, whose reputation has spread far and wide". It seems this movie anticipated the current poker craze, even down to there being top women players who could hold their own with the best male players!
