eMoviePoster.comAuction History Result 173 HEAD ('62) LC Appears in Who Goes There?BOOK SOLD OUT The image at right appears in the book we published as shown above. While we once owned this item, we did not auction it through eMoviePoster.com (which is why no price or date is listed) nor do we have it available for purchase. 4 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (Learn More) Die Nackte Und Der Satan (released in the U.S. in 1962 as "The Head") the 1959 Victor Trivas German horror thriller ("At the head of all masterpieces of horror that you've ever seen... You must place The Head [careful - don't drop it]"; "Meet the scientist with the completely detached point of view... and then permit us to introduce you to Irene...who wears her own face and the body of a murdered strip-teaser!"; "And then start screaming your head off!"; "It just won't lay down and stay dead!"; "Start screaming your head off right now!"; "A monstrous new concept in motion picture excitement. The screen's most diabolical journey into fear and suspense!"; "Nothing in this lifetime... or the next... has prepared you for your encounter with The Head"; "The body is gone but the head lives on!"; "This is Irene who wears her own face and the body of a dead strip-teaser!") starring Michel Simon, Horst Frank, Paul Dahlke, Karin Kernke, Christian Maybach, and Helmut Schmid. Note that this German horror movie had a cool title (literally translates to "The Naked and Satan") and cool poster images, but for some unknown reason, when it was released in the U.S. three years later, it was given a crappy title, "The Head", and given really crappy posters! Condition: very good to fine. Learn More about condition grades
