An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) The Cobbler, the 1923 Tom McNamara silent Our Gang juvenile slapstick comedy short ("Hal Roach presents His Rascals"; about a shoe repair shop run by a nice old man who is friends to the Our Gang kids, and when he receives his back pension checks, he invites them all on a picnic!) starring Jackie Condon, Mickey Daniels, Richard Daniels (Mickey Daniels' father, in the title role as "The Cobbler"), Jack Davis, Dick Gilbert, Katherine Grant, Allen 'Farina' Hoskins, and Sunshine Sammy Morrison. Note that this was the eighth Our Gang film! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster had tiny paper loss at the bottom crossfold and very minor wear on the foldlines. It had paper loss in the left of the top blank border and a tear in the top right blank corner, but otherwise had the most minor of border wear. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Learn More about condition grades
