Artist: David Grove Important Added Info: Note that this is an "international" style one-sheet (meaning it was printed in the U.S. for use in non-U.S. countries). Note the lack of a ratings box and NSS information, and the completely different image of full-length Clint Eastwood drawing his gun, which most collectors consider far more desirable than the "regular" one-sheet, which has a headshot of Eastwood. Finally, note that this poster has "PALE RIDER ACTION 1SH" stamped on the back. We don't know exactly what this means, because we have seen other examples of this poster without that stamp. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster was never folded. It had a few tiny tears and tiny bits of paper loss in the blank borders, and some minor creases and scuffs scattered in the image. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Note that the printing shows the "brushstrokes" of the artwork, but this is in the printing, and not any sort of defect. Learn More about condition grades
