An Original 1961 (from the first release of this movie in Australia) Vintage Theatrical Folded Australian Daybill Movie Poster (db; measures 13 1/4" x 30" [34 x 76 cm]) (Learn More)

Shadow of the Boomerang, the 1960 Dick Ross Australian religious family relationship melodrama ("Man against God-in a powerful story of raw human emotions that spans two continents."; "A full-length color feature") starring Georgia Lee, Dick Jones, Marcia Hathaway (who was killed by a shark in 1963), Ken Frazer, Keith Buckley, Vaughan Tracey, Jimmy Little (billed as "introducing Jimmy Little"; an Australian Aboriginal musician, actor and teacher), and Billy Graham. Note that this film was produced by the film-making arm of Billy Graham's evangelical ministry. According to various sources, beginning in February 1959, Graham began a highly successful, nationwide crusade in Australia. Attendance at individual services in showgrounds and cricket grounds in Melbourne and Sydney attracted crowds of up to 150,000. In the film, during sequences in which Graham is heard on the radio, the images dissolve to footage of him preaching to vast audiences in those cities.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this partially Australian movie, and we have never auctioned ANY movie paper of any kind from this movie before.
