Original Vintage Theatrical Italian One-Panel Movie Poster (measures approximately 39" x 55") (Learn More) La Momia Azteca (literally translates to "The Aztec Mummy"), the 1957 Rafael Portillo Mexican horror thriller (about a scientist who regresses his girlfriend to a previous life, where she was a sacrificed Aztec maiden; her love is a warrior who was buried alive with artifacts that point to a treasure, and he comes back to life when disturbed!) starring Ramon Gay, Rosita Arenas (as Xochitl), Crox Alvarado, Luis Aceves Castaneda, Jorge Mondragon, and Angel Di Stefani (in the title role as the mummy Popoca). Note that this is the first of the film series featuring the Aztec mummy. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. The left border was folded back at one time. There are several pinholes in each corner (some extend into the edges of the image). There are minor creases throughout the poster but more so in the foldlines and borders. There is minor separation at several of the crossfolds. There are four tax stamps in the upper left of the image in the edge of the mummy's hair. There is minor separation at some of the ends of the foldlines. There are several pieces of tape on the back of the foldlines for support that have no effect on the front.
