The Underdog, the 1943 William Nigh World War II (WWII) Home Front crime firefighter arson melodrama starring Barton MacLane, Bobby Larson, Jan Wiley, Charlotte Wynters, and Elizabeth Valentine. Note that we have auctioned a lobby card that shows a scene with a young black African American boy in a sailor suit comforting a distraught older black lady, but we have been unable to determine who those two actors are. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: good. The card pictured at upper right has ink pad stamps in the face of the star at upper center but otherwise they are in generally nice condition.
