Lawes"; about a prisoner in New York's toughest maximum security prison who is given an honor pass by the warden to visit his injured girlfriend, and the warden's job is on the line if he doesn't return, and he goes the man who attacked her while given the pass, but he returns to face execution) starring Spencer Tracy ("the man doomed by her love"), Bette Davis (made the same year she had her breakout hit in "Cabin in the Cotton"!; "the girl outside who couldn't wait"), Arthur Byron, Louis Calhern, Lyle Talbot, and Hardie Albright. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that many people LOVE the wonderful stark deco design on this poster, even though there is no image of the stars. We have only auctioned this poster twice before, and it sold for $1,605 the first time and $1,666 the second time! This poster, unlike the previous two, has not had any restoration of any kind (both of the other two were linenbacked)! Condition: very good. The poster has tiny separation at the top two crossfolds and some tiny bits of paper loss in the center of the bottom horizontal fold. It has a tiny bit of paper loss in the background near the center of the poster below the "A" of "YEARS". It has small pinholes in the corners.
