Geldner, the 1930s Swiss poster promoting the coal industry, and featuring Hedmeyer art of various coal-related implements. Carl August Geldner of Saxony founded a coal trading industry in Basel, Switzerland in the 19th century and his son Max left the family's high caliber art collection plus substantial endowments to the city's art museum. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: good to very good. The poster has tears of varying lengths around the edges (partially repaired with tape from the back). It is otherwise in generally nice condition.
