Invest in the Victory Liberty Loan, the 1919 U.S. post-World War I (WWI) War Bond poster ("They kept the sea lanes open") encouraging citizens to purchase war bonds, and featuring Leon Alric Shafer art of U.S. warships (in dazzle camouflage) sailing past a sinking German submarine with a passenger ship in the background.

Condition: good to very good. There are tears and a few small areas of paper loss around the edges, but the paper loss is solely in the blank borders and only a few of the tears extend into the image. There is one 3" tear at bottom center that goes through the "R" of "LIBERTY". After a relatively simple linenbacking, the poster will display wonderfully.
