NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Carlos Escobar Important Added Info: Note that there is a great mystery about the art on the style B U.S. one-sheet for this movie. Frank Frazetta did part of the art, but it is unknown who did the other art. There are Italian posters similar to that art, with art by Nano, but he did not do the art on the U.S. poster. For this Spanish poster, artist Carlos Escobar imitated both of the different portions of the U.S. style B poster, but he also did not do the art on the upper part of that poster. If anyone knows anything more about who did the art for the upper part of the U.S. style B one-sheet, please e-mail us and we will post it here. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and some tiny bits of paper loss on parts of the folds. It had a tear with tiny paper loss running through the vampire's mouth. It had some pinholes, tears, and paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
