Artist: Reynold Brown Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at some crossfolds and creases and scuffs on parts of many foldlines. There was paper loss and a 5" vertical tear in the center of the top border. There was a 12" slightly diagonal scuff mark in the upper right of the poster, running into Milland's forehead and a similar one (but with some tiny paper loss running into his chin), with some tears and surface paper loss in the bottom of his chin and in the background area to the left of it (there was likely once a snipe in that area that was roughly removed). Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
