Fanny och Alexander (released in the U.S. in 1983 as "Fanny and Alexander"), the classic 1982 Ingmar Bergman (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film) Swedish/French/German family relationship romantic melodrama starring Pernilla Allwin (in the title role "as Fanny"), Bertil Guve (in the title role "as Alexander"), Ewa Froling, Erland Josephson, Jan Malmsjo, Gunn Wallgren, Gunn Waring, Jarl Kulle, Christina Schollin, and Allan Edwall.
