War Cat (also released as "Angel of Vengeance"), the 1987 Ted V. Mikels action adventure sexploitation crime thriller starring Jannina Poynter, David O'Hara, Macka Foley, Carl Irwin, and Jeffrey C. Hogue. Note that this movie is not to be confused with "Ms. 45", which was released internationally as "Angel of Vengeance" (apparently, director Ted V. Mikels, a great fan of B movies, used this title as a tribute to "Ms. 45"!).
