It has smudges, creases and a few small tears around the edges. It has some faint rippling along the lower edge. There are some smudges and creases scattered in the image, typical of 40x60s of this period (especially with this silkscreen style printing), and there are some light scuffs in the creature's hand and abdomen at left. There is a longer vertical crease at upper right that extends to the end of the title at right. The very rare poster is otherwise generally in pretty nice condition and it could be displayed and enjoyed as is, or after some restoration is performed it would look great!
