He was first noticed as Vinnie Barbarino in TV's "Welcome Back Kotter", and he went on to a hugely successful movie career. Some of his movies include: Grease, Saturday Night Fever (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Pulp Fiction (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Face/Off, Carrie, and many more! He was married to actress Kelly Preston (who passed away in 2020) and he is a Scientologist (one of their two most famous members, along with Tom Cruise). Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by John Travolta! Also note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahoney Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him).
