The studios created both 3D and 2D posters and lobby cards (the 2-D posters and lobby cards were for theaters that lacked the 3-D equipment). This poster is from the "3-D" release. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair. Only the top two-thirds of the poster was present. That part had small paper loss at some crossfolds and minor fold and border wear (the top two-thirds was in pretty nice condition). A really talented restorer completely recreated the bottom one-third (including the tiny writing at the bottom), and they also did it on a separate sheet so that it would look exactly like a complete three-sheet would look with the bottom third mounted onto the bottom of the bottom of the top two-thirds. This was really well done and I think an awful lot of people would not realize this poster had this bottom third recreation without it specifically being told to them, and the poster will display great on the new owner's wall (but please don't ever resell it without revealing the recreated area, because it could surely be done, given how first rate the restoration is).
