An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

a 1953 John Wayne stock poster used by theaters to advertise re-released John Wayne cowboy western movies from Republic studio. Theaters would order this poster, which has a large blank area where the title of the specific film being shown could be added, thus getting many posters for the price of one.

Condition: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and a stain in the black area below the "H" of "JOHN" at the top of the poster. There was minor wear on the foldlines and borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, and looks great!
