The poster had minor wear on the foldlines and a few faint smudges around the edges. It had tiny paper loss in the lower right blank border and some small tears in the bottom blank border. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
