Here Come the Huggetts, the 1948 (released in the U.S. in 1950) Ken Annakin English family relationship comedy ("THE HUGGETT FAMILY in the first of a series!"; "Screenplay by Mabel & Denis Constanduros & Peter Rogers") starring Jack Warner, Kathleen Harrison, Jane Hylton, Susan Shaw, Petula Clark (English actress who years later had a highly successful career as a pop singer, best remembered for the song "Downtown"), Jimmy Hanley, David Tomlinson, Diana Dors (only 17 years-old, in one of her many early low-billed roles, playing a very sexy brunette girl, because this was before she bleached her hair blonde!), Peter Hammond, John Blythe, and Amy Veness
