An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Oh Billy, Behave, the 1926 Grover Jones silent romantic slapstick comedy short ("A riotous reel of mirth") starring Billy West, Charlotte Merriam, Jimmy Aubrey, and Lionel Belmore. Note that Billy West was the best-known and most successful imitator of Charlie Chaplin's "Tramp" character. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some tears and tiny paper loss on parts of the foldlines, with some tears above and below the left half of the bottom horizontal fold. It had lots of tears and paper loss around the edges, but fortunately, only a few of them went into the image at all. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
