Artist: Anselmo Ballester Important Added Info: Note that this poster has beautiful Anselmo Ballester art! It was in the famous "Carson Collection" collected by legendary early collector Richard Allen, and it was this very poster that was pictured in the book he co-authored with Bruce Hershenson, "Cowboy Movie Posters", and we have never seen or auctioned another example! Note that it is difficult to accurately date Italian posters, and some unmarked re-release posters can be extremely difficult to distinguish from first releases, so please bear that in mind before you place a bid. We used our best information to date this poster, but we can't always guarantee that the Italian posters we sell are not from an unmarked re-release, but this will only prove to be true in a very tiny number of cases. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster had tiny paper loss at just a few crossfolds and a very few creases, scuffs, and tiny tears on parts of some foldlines. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Note that the poster was framed, and it was attached to the frame with some sort of staples around the edges of the excess linen, but it has no effect on the poster at all.
