An Original Vintage Folded World War II Poster (measures 20 1/2" x 28" [52 x 71 cm]) (Learn More) Give To Your War Fund, the 1940s U.S. World War II (WWII) Home Front poster ("For our own - for our allies") encouraging people to help support the war fund, and featuring a large depiction of the National War Fund emblem. The National War Fund was the joint financing of war appeals during World War II for the United Service Organizations (USO), United Seamen's Service, and other overseas relief programs. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Note that we were just consigned a wonderful collection of 59 war posters, most from World War II (which we are auctioning in 59 separate auctions)!
